Application Checklist


Before you apply, please make sure you have all of the following information on hand:

  • Your Social Security Number


  • Your Drivers License Number


  • Your Bank Account and Routing Number


  • Your Correct Annual Income*


  • Your Email Address


  • Four Personal References**

    Name, Address, and Phone Number (Contact Purposes Only)

  • Your Employment Start Date


  • Name Must Match Name on Pay Stub


* Please verify your income with your HR Department                  

**References will NOT be contacted for loan purposes.

After submitting an application, your employment must be verified by your Human Resources Department. This may take a few hours.
